Mike Quigley for Frank Skinner I suggest you to find the old Cd with Madame x/Back Street very good for me.
There are many opinions about what is th respet and the formalism. And there are many Newman, the Newman's family, Paul Newman and so on. For the world of music If I say o hear Newman I think immediately to Alfred Newman, and If need dont make confusion for the many Newman, I can say, The composer Alfred Newman.....
I think this, If a person, a close friend of Newman, in the past (when he was alive) spoke in public with him, he can say "Al" ( depend also by the circumstances). But now for me, also a close friend, in public, for respect will be better if says "Alfred Newman" (only the parents can use other forme) because the person isen't present and is also a great person, and because some person can't know that the person that say "Al" is effectively a close friend
