Does this mean Screen Archives Entertainment will be gone too?

I doubt it'll have any effect on SAE at all: they serve as one-stop clearinghouse for all the other labels that were in existence before FSM came into existence, and all those that have been established since.

Several of those labels, such as Varese and Intrada will, I hope, fill the void left by FSM's shut-down, especially where it comes to the contract with Warner Bros. and its huge catalog of Warner's and MGM scores, much still untapped (and when, oh, when, will we ever get discs of the complete Korngold scores?).

My real fear is that neither label has shown FSM's devotion to delivering every last outtake, alternative take and note to its customers.
