There is no other composer that FSM served so faithfully as Miklos Rozsa. A staggering 34 discs in various places I reckon, not counting Kaper's 'The Glass Slipper', which he conducted.

LK released EVERY Rozsa item he legitimately could in the MGM inventory and more, so that Rozsa's film work from approximately 1948 onwards is entirely (virtually every note) available somewhere, apart from 'The Bribe' whose tapes are lost. Four of the scores he released TWICE in different recordings. No Rozsa fan can complain about FSM's treatment of MR. We're very spoiled.

The films noirs and earlier periods have still many gaps, but that's for other labels. Rozsa's work is out there for all to hear, and he gains fans every year as a result, including amongst the young. No other composer has been served so well by FSM.
