I doubt the photo was by Nick, who was a teenager when it was taken c. 1963. It's good to see the Scott Dawes photos, but be aware that the flash gives a false impression of brightness. It was a California Spanish-style home with thick walls and relatively small windows -- at least in the living room, which was consequently rather dark. That was, of course, all to the benefit of the artworks, which demanded protection from the sun and seemed at home in the warm incandescent lighting so well captured in the RCA cover photo.
