It puzzles me that Intrada, upon learning that Chandos had its own re-recording of the "Sahara" suite, and that said recording would beat theirs into release by more than a month, would not hold up release of their own until they could re-tool it with additional, or substitute, material. What would have been a major selling point was gutted by the coincidence of both labels choosing the same suite for re-recording.

That said, my compliments to Intrada for devoting their ENTIRE album to obscure, off-beat scores ("Jacare," of all things!), not a war-horse in the lot, unlike the Chandos, whose producers preferred to hedge their bets with yet another unnecessary iteration of "Ben-Hur."
