The "howler" on the Berlin Philharmonic WWW site suggested that Williams had written the 20th Century Fox Fanfare. Obviously someone revised this comment. But the concert (based on what is on the site now) started with the Fanfare, correctly attributed to Newman, and then segued into Kaper's Mutiny on the Bounty, an M-G-M film!

What is in the "notes" there now says "[Rozsa] wrote, for instance, the music for Ben Hur, including what is probably the best-known chariot race in film history" ... though the actual race itself has no music. There is also mention of Herrmann, suggesting that something of his was played at the concert, though he is not included in the streaming music/video which is offered.

Has ANYONE watched this concert? It is available in the BPO's  Digital Concert Hall (streaming video). Would be nice to know how they played the music from Ben-Hur.
