"What do you guys think of the LEGENDARY HOLLYWOOD: MIKLOS ROZSA series from CITADEL label which also has a rendition of JULIUS CAESAR?"

Legendary Hollywood is definitely worth getting for the "Young Bess" arrangement for brass and organ. Very nice.

I like the sound (and of course the music) on the Koch "Theme, Variations, Finale" CD. It's an easy on the ears sound that invites you to turn up the volume.

Regarding the RCA series, I think the Herrmann disk is a little more impressive than the Rozsa.

The Polydors sound very good to me (based on an MP3 bootleg), aside from the usual record anomalies.
