This is interesting, John. Rózsa says very little about Waxman in Double Life (there is a photo of Waxman in the book, too), but one would think that Waxman's conducting the L.A. premiere of the Violin Concerto would merit some mention of how Waxman came to condict it, and what Rózsa thought of the performance.
