The high points of this rather disappointing programme, performed superbly by the world-class orchestra conducted with restraint but with full command, by Paul Bateman, Debbie Wiseman and Steve Sidwell who conducted the erm, Disney Theme Park stuff, were Debbie Wiseman's score for Arsene Lupin, and the maestro's The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes beautifully and sensitively played by a violin soloist, Clio Gould.
Needless to say, i have already booked for next year!
