I just found it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-VhAUu3LcLk&feature=related The purely orchestral piece has had a recording by Silva Screen of course, but was used in some trailers. This uses the 'Lord's Prayer' as a trio. I've never heard a pure brass rendering. The young lady with the hoop brings a whole new perspective ... PS ... Posts: 1672 (08/06/08 14:22:52) Reply Quote More My Recent Posts Message Me Connection Blocking Invite Ignore User's Posts	And for anyone interested in animation or cinematography, here is a 'motion blur' test someone has posted for the battle with Kali from 'The Golden Voyage of Sinbad' ..... with stop-frame animation, there's often a 'too precise to be true' quality about the images, as, of course, each image is a perfect still. This clashes with the BLURRED images of movement from the actors, and so must be compensated for, either by using high frame ratio for the actors, or by adding blur to the animated figure. I did feel an immediate need however, to listen to the real thing. Interesting clip from GVOS - all I could think of was poor Douglas Wilmer - such a fine actor -stuck in that awful movie. I remember the excitement of the announcement in PMS of a new major Rozsa score, and my disappointment in the film.

As for the young lady with the hoop in the second clip, she obviously learned everything she knows at the knee of choreographer Betty Utey, along with Ms Utey's most hapless student, Brigid Bazlen, our own little Salome from KING OF KINGS.
